Delivery Services

Free Delivery: Available to most UK mainland postcodes for direct-to-door or site delivery. Select this at checkout for no additional cost (excludes some plant and powered access equipment).

Low-Cost Delivery: For specific items or remote locations, a small fee may apply. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

Same-Day Delivery: Available for many products when booked early. Check availability during booking.

Delivery Process:

Equipment is delivered by our trusted suppliers (e.g., HSS Hire, C.W. Plant Hire).

You’ll receive a contact within 1 hour of delivery window.

Ensure someone (with ID) is available to receive and inspect the equipment.

Collection (Return) Process

Free Collection: We arrange pickup from your site or home at the end of your hire period. Confirm the date during booking or contact us to extend.

Preparing for Collection:

Clean the equipment to avoid additional charges.
- Ensure any fuel used, if supplied full, is replenished - like hiring a car.

Ensure it’s ready for curb-side collection. Collection can take up to 5 days, we aim to collect next day but currently average collection in 2 days.

Missed Collections: If a supplier misses a pickup, contact us immediately via LiveChat to reschedule.

Verification: For some equipment, we may require ID or facial recognition for security. A driving licence or equivalent is usually sufficient.

Delays: Rare delays may occur due to high demand or supplier issues. We’ll notify you and resolve promptly.
